Make Cabin Reservations

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for a reservation involving a Friday or Saturday night. Reservations including a major holiday may require a 3-night minimum stay. Please see below for more information regarding which holidays require a 3-night minimum, as well as the cancellation policy for holiday reservations.

SECURING YOUR RESERVATIONS
A valid VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card, along with a signed confirmation letter, holds a reservation. The credit/debit card number, expiration date, and 3-digit security code on the back of the card must be given at the time of booking.

A signed confirmation letter must be received within 8 days of your booking in order for us to continue holding the reservation. Your confirmation letter will be e-mailed (or mailed if you do not have e-mail) when we book your reservation. Please notify us immediately if you do not receive it as the letter is critical to the securing of your reservation.

A cabin reservation made 10 or fewer days out from date of arrival is due and payable at time of booking, and will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.

DEPOSITS
No deposit is required for a reservation of one or two cabins.

For reservations involving three or more cabins, a deposit equaling 25% of the total amount due may be required. The deposit can be paid by credit or debit card, money order, or personal check. Deposits paid by credit or debit card will be charged the day of reservation. Other deposit payment methods must be received within 8 days of reserving your cabin(s) or the reservation is subject to cancellation.

FINAL PAYMENT
The balance of an account is due upon arrival and can be paid by credit or debit card, money order, personal check, or cash.

CANCELLATION
More than 20 Days Out
A cancellation made more than 20 days out from date of arrival will be released from obligation and is subject to a $25 rebooking fee, which will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.

20 or Less Days Out In our unique area, most requests for cabins are made weeks in advance, not at the last minute as is common with hotels or motels. Because of this, a reservation that is cancelled 20 or less days out from date of arrival---regardless of reason---is still owed for and the reserving party is responsible for it. The amount due will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation, as will a $25 fee for the rebooking of any or all released nights.

Holiday-Related Reservations
Reservations involving select holiday time frames may require a 2-, 3-, or 4-night minimum reservation. Just ask our office staff for the specific nightly minimum for the holiday you're wishing to book. These holidays include but are not limited to: New Year’s Eve & Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

A holiday-related cancellation made more than 30 days out from date of arrival is released from obligation and is subject to a $25 rebooking fee, which will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.

A holiday-related reservation cancelled less than 30 days out from date of arrival ---regardless of reason---is still owed for and the reserving party is responsible for it. The amount due will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation, as will a $25 fee for the rebooking of any or all released nights.

RiverWind Lodge Cancellations
A RiverWind lodge cancellation received more than 60 days out is released of obligation and is subject to a $25 rebooking fee, which will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.

The lodge is a unique property that typically books more than 60 days in advance. Therefore, a cancellation for RiverWind Lodge received 60 or less days out from date of arrival is still owed for and the reserving party is responsible for it. The amount due will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation, as will a $25 fee for the rebooking of any or all released nights.

Call In Your Cancellation To Be Sure
A cancellation made by e-mail is not always reliable, as SPAM filters can block valid incoming e-mails from time to time. To be certain your cancellation notification is received, we strongly recommend you contact us by phone (1-800-221-5514) or fax (870-861-5501).
