For a wedding, family reunion, corporate meeting or other event at a BOC lodge or cabin, an event fee is charged in addition to lodging fees when at least one event meal, reception or meeting occurs during the reservation.  Event fees are based on the number of guests in attendance:

CEDAR CREST LODGE (soon to be renamed Ponca Creek Lodge)

Up to 40 Guests = $500

41 - 80 Guests = $1,500

RIVERWIND LODGE

Up to 40 Guests = $500

41 - 100 Guests = $1,500

CABIN EVENTS

Up to 25 Guests = $250  

 

EVENT CONTRACT / POLICIES:  All events require a signed special event contract, which ensures the comfort and safety of our clients and their guests, as well as the protection of our property.  Our event coordinator can provide you with a contract copy to review prior to booking your event.  

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  A security/damage deposit is taken in addition to an event fee at the time your event contract is signed.  It is completely refundable following an inventory and cleaning of the rental by our staff.  You can apply charges for rental items against your deposit.  The security deposit for an event is $500, whether the event is held at a lodge or cabin.

RIVERWIND LODGE TABLE & CHAIR RENTAL:  Event table and padded chair rental is available for $75 per day.

RIVERWIND LODGE FURNITURE REMOVAL:  In order to create additional event space, the living room furniture in RiverWind Lodge may be temporarily moved out of your way; our staff will handle the moving of this furniture.  The fee for this service is $250 and is in addition to the event fee or security deposit.
