Getaways with Friends
Getaways with friends are a long-standing tradition at BOC. Why some of our groups have been coming since we opened the doors in 1976!
A group of beautiful gal pals give us a smile on the zip line.BOC is home to the finest wilderness zipline adventure in Arkansas. No poles or nearby highway like so many other ziplines… only big treetop fun in beautiful Buffalo River country at our place! And, we’ll eat our helmets if we don’t have some of the finest guides in the USA, people who are well trained, but also well mannered and genuinely interested in you having a terrific, safe time.
Since before the national park was established, canoeing has been the all-time classic adventure with friends on the Buffalo National River. Here are some helpful pages to visit as you plan a trip with your friends:
When you’re ready to book, you can do so here online or call us at 1-800-221-5514. Have some new canoeists in the bunch? Late April through June are great times to plan a friends’ canoe trip as the water has warmed, so has the air and if they do go overboard, the swim is refreshing, not frigid!
We stayed at their cabins for a bachelor party, and rented canoes/kayaks for a float trip. First, the cabin was fantastic! Second, they were professionals all the way with the canoe/kayak rental, float trip, and shuttle service. Would highly recommend Buffalo Outdoor Center as a really accessible way to explore some beautiful parts of Arkansas.
